Hello, South Carolina DECA! My name is Santana Pina, and I serve as your 2024-2025 South Carolina DECA President. I am a senior at Bluffton High School and have been a DECA member since my first year in South Carolina two years ago. This coming year, I am here to facilitate your journey as a DECA member so you can BE THE ONE! Apart from DECA, I am also involved in Youth In Government, Teens For Healthy Youth, and League of Women Voters clubs. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling (I have been to 5 different countries), spending time with friends and family, and working as a hostess at a local farm-to-table restaurant. I can’t wait to help South Carolina DECA members reach their full potential in DECA this year! Hi South Carolina DECA! My name is Keyla Zhao, and I am your 2024-2025 VP of Finance! I am a senior at Daniel High School, but my DECA chapter is located at Pickens County Career and Technology Center. I have been in DECA since freshman year, and I am so excited to be a part of this year's officer team again! Outside of DECA, I am on my school's varsity tennis team, interact club, and beta club. As a returning officer, I hope to use my experience to make this year even better than last! This year, I plan to increase fundraising efforts across the state for DECA and recognize some of the creative fundraising events that chapters are implementing. In the future, I want to attend college, get my MBA, and start my own business. I am looking forward to a great year with everyone! Hey everyone! My name is Delanie Williams and I am your 2024-2025 Vice President of Leadership! I am super excited to serve you all again for this upcoming year and can not wait to see what South Carolina DECA has in store this year! A little bit about me is that I have played tennis for Socastee HS since the seventh grade with two state championships. This will be my second year on Varsity Sideline and Competition Cheer! I am the Student Body Vice President for Socastee and I love serving my school! My plans for DECA this year is to help schools learn how to do their Program of Leaderships and turn them in for competition as I believe this helps students be more involved with their school’s DECA activities! I hope to serve as a leader in community service initiatives and continue #DoItForSCDECADay! I will continue our partnership with the Ronald McDonald House so don’t forget to collect your pop tabs! Hi, South Carolina DECA!! My name is Anna Ratterree, and I am so beyond excited to be your 2024-2025 VP of Hospitality! I am a Blythewood High School senior and have been in DECA since my sophomore year. I am so grateful to be a part of this year's officer team, and I cannot wait to see what we accomplish! Outside of DECA, I am an FCA leader and head of communications for my school’s Honor’s Forum, along with being a part of other fun and innovative clubs. I love making strong and valuable connections across my community, state, and region. After high school, I plan on enlisting part-time in the Army National Guard while majoring in business on a Pre-Law track. As a member of DECA, my leadership, business, and life skills have grown exponentially, and as a state representative, I cannot wait to apply that growth to YOU! What's up, South Carolina DECA! My name is Amare Teel, and I am thrilled to serve as your 2024-2025 Vice President of Marketing! I am a junior at Aynor High School and have been a DECA member since my freshman year. When I'm not rocking the DECA blazer, you can find me singing, shopping, or spending time within the community. I am involved in the Student Council, Beta Club, Spanish Club, and the advanced show choir at my school. After high school, I plan to major in business at New York University. Saying I am thankful for your trust in me for this position is quite an understatement.
